The Opportunity

As a key part of our future growth strategy, we ares eeking a Business Development Manager / Executive to join our Sales & Commercial team to take develop & convert our significant pipeline of opportunities

This role is focused on driving new business growth and offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the commercial development of a dynamic, data-driven company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities across relevant sectors
  • Lead outreach efforts, conduct introductory calls and product demonstrations
  • Develop proposals and close deals to bring new clients on board
  • Manage and track your own pipeline and sales performance
  • Support onboarding of new clients to ensure a smooth transition
  • Stay current on market developments and feed insights back into the team

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business development/sales roles
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Digitally confident and eager to become an expert in our platform
  • Experience or knowledge of the FMCG, food & drink or wholesale sectors is advantageous
